Stir-Fried Shrimp with Broccoli and Carrots

Ingredients
- 300 g Shrimp
- 200 g Broccoli
- 150 g Carrot
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut broccoli into small florets and carrot into thin strips.
Step 2
Heat oil in the pan over high heat.
Step 3
Stir-fry shrimp for 2-3 minutes until colored.
Step 4
Add vegetables and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper before serving.
