Stir-Fried Shrimp with Broccoli and Carrot
A quick Asian-inspired dish with shrimp and vegetables tossed in a wok. Delicious and ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Shrimp
- 200 g Broccoli
- 150 g Carrot
- 15 ml Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and the carrot into thin sticks.
Step 2
Heat oil in the wok over high heat.
Step 3
Stir-fry the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side until they turn pink.
Step 4
Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
