Garlic and Tomato Sautéed Shrimp
Tender shrimp quickly sautéed with fresh tomatoes and garlic. A delicious Mediterranean classic.

Ingredients
- 250 g Shrimp
- 300 g Tomatoes
- 3 clove Garlic
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and finely mince the garlic.
Step 2
Crush the tomatoes or cut them into small dice.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the garlic for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes on each side until they turn pink.
Step 5
Add the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes.
