Pan-Seared Shrimp with Zucchini and Mint Lebanese Style
Aromatic shrimp seasoned with Lebanese seven-spice, sautéed with zucchini and tomatoes, and finished with fresh mint and lemon juice. Fresh and vibrant.

Ingredients
- 300 g Peeled shrimp
- 2 piece Zucchini
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Lebanese seven-spice
- 1 bunch Fresh mint
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 piece Lemon
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into cubes and the tomatoes into quarters. Toss the shrimp with the seven-spice.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large skillet. Sauté the zucchini for 5 minutes until lightly colored.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes, then add the spiced shrimp.
Step 4
Cook for 3 minutes, stirring. Squeeze the lemon, sprinkle with chopped fresh mint, and serve.
