Mediterranean Grilled Shrimp and Zucchini
Shrimp marinated in Provençal herbs and grilled with zucchini and cherry tomatoes for a light and flavorful summer dish.

Ingredients
- 300 g Peeled shrimp
- 2 piece Zucchini
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Herbs de Provence
- 2 clove Garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, and Herbs de Provence. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini into thick slices and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 3
Grill the zucchini and tomatoes on a hot grill for 4 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Grill the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until pink and lightly golden. Serve with the vegetables.
