Cajun Roasted Shrimp and Tri-Color Peppers
Spicy Cajun-roasted shrimp with a vibrant mix of peppers and red onions. A protein-packed Louisiana-inspired dish full of flavor.

Ingredients
- 300 g peeled shrimp
- 1 piece red pepper
- 1 piece yellow pepper
- 1 piece red onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp cajun spices
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Cut the peppers into strips and the onion into quarters.
Step 2
Toss the vegetables with half of the olive oil, arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Coat the shrimp with the remaining oil and cajun spices, add to the vegetables and bake for 6 minutes.
Step 4
Gently toss and serve hot.
