Garlic and Lemon Shrimp over Pasta
A classic Mediterranean dish: shrimp sautéed with garlic and a squeeze of lemon, served over pasta. Fresh and full of flavor.

Ingredients
- 300 g Shrimp
- 250 g Gluten-free pasta
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Lemon
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, finely mince the garlic.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the garlic for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the shrimp and cook for 4-5 minutes until they turn pink.
Step 5
Squeeze the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and toss with the shrimp.
