Sweet Apple and Comté Crêpes
Breton crêpes filled with sautéed apples and topped with shredded Comté cheese. An easy and indulgent dessert or snack, ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 8 pieces Breton crêpes
- 3 pieces Apples
- 60 g Comté
- 30 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and core the apples, then cut them into dice.
Step 2
In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the apple dice with sugar and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Warm the crêpes gently in the skillet or microwave (1-2 minutes).
Step 4
Place the crêpes on plates and generously fill with the cooked apples.
Step 5
Grate Comté generously over each crêpe and serve immediately.
