Classic Sweet Crêpes

Ingredients
- 150 g Flour
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 250 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 30 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
In a blender or with a whisk, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
Step 2
Gradually pour in the water while mixing until you have a smooth batter with no lumps.
Step 3
Melt the butter and pour it into the batter, mix well.
Step 4
Heat a skillet with a little olive oil over medium-high heat.
Step 5
Pour a ladle of batter, tilt the pan to spread it thinly, and cook 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.
