- 150 g Flour
- 300 ml Milk
- 2 piece Egg
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 30 g Butter
- 2 piece Apple
- 100 g Gruyère
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt to form a smooth batter. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Peel and slice the apples into thin slices.
Step 3
Melt butter in a skillet and cook the apples with a little sugar until caramelized.
Step 4
Cook the crêpes in a skillet with butter, 1-2 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Top each crêpe with grated Gruyère and caramelized apples, fold, and serve hot.
