Sugar and Chocolate Crêpes
Soft crêpes filled with melted chocolate and sprinkled with sugar. A quick and comforting classic.

Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 500 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 100 g Chocolate
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Step 2
Gradually pour in the milk while whisking to get a smooth batter.
Step 3
Let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Heat a skillet with a little oil over medium heat.
Step 5
Pour a ladle of batter and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Step 6
Fill each crêpe with melted chocolate and sugar. Fold and serve.
