- 200 g Flour
- 400 ml Milk
- 10 g Sugar
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.

Create a well in the center and gradually pour in the milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
Step 3
Add the melted butter and mix well.
Step 4
Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour in a ladle of batter, spread quickly.
