Mexican-Style Stuffed Crêpes
Classic Breton crêpes transformed into Mexican-inspired wraps filled with seasoned ground meat, fresh tomatoes, creamy avocado, and melted Gruyère cheese for an indulgent twist.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Breton crêpes
- 250 g Ground meat
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 1 piece Avocados
- 100 g Gruyère
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a skillet and brown the ground meat with the finely diced onion for 8 minutes.
Step 2
Add cumin, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
Step 3
Dice the tomatoes and slice the avocado.
Step 4
Warm the crêpes in the skillet for 30 seconds on each side.
Step 5
Fill each crêpe with meat, tomato, avocado, and grated Gruyère, roll up and serve hot.
