Savory Crêpes with Tomatoes and Comté
Traditional Breton crêpes transformed into a savory dish with crushed tomatoes and melting Comté cheese. Light and flavorful.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Breton crêpes
- 200 g Tomatoes
- 80 g Comté
- 20 g Butter
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the tomatoes and cook them in a skillet with a little butter. Cook for 3-4 minutes to reduce excess moisture.
Step 2
Lay the crêpes on a cutting board. Place some of the tomato-butter mixture in the center and sprinkle with grated Comté.
Step 3
Fold the crêpes in half or quarters as desired.
Step 4
Gently reheat them in a buttered skillet for 2-3 minutes until the cheese begins to melt.
Step 5
Serve immediately with a sprinkle of pepper.
