Ham and Cheese Crêpes
Savory crêpes filled with ham and melted cheese, perfect for a light dinner.

Ingredients
- 100 g All-purpose flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 piece Egg
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 4 slices Ham
- 80 g Gruyère
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the center and gradually pour in the milk while whisking.
Step 2
Add the egg and 10g of melted butter. Whisk until smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Heat a skillet with a little butter. Pour in a ladle of batter and cook 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
Step 4
Fill each crêpe with ham and grated Gruyère. Fold and serve immediately.
