Indulgent Apple and Nutella Crêpes
Classic Breton crêpes filled with caramelized apples and Nutella. A sweet, comforting dessert or breakfast that's absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Breton crêpes
- 2 piece Apples
- 40 g Butter
- 30 g Brown sugar
- 100 g Nutella
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the apples with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Step 3
Cook the apples for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring regularly, until they are caramelized and tender.
Step 4
Warm the Breton crêpes in the microwave or in a skillet for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Spread a generous layer of Nutella on each crêpe, add the caramelized apples, and fold the crêpe.
Step 6
Serve immediately, optionally with a drizzle of crème fraîche.
