Apple-Cinnamon Filled Crêpes

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Breton crêpes
- 2 pieces Apple
- 20 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 100 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the apples, cut them into cubes, and remove the cores.
Step 2
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the apple cubes.
Step 3
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, pour in a little water, and cook for 8 minutes until the apples are tender.
Step 4
Gently reheat the Breton crêpes for a few seconds in the microwave or in the skillet.
Step 5
Fill each crêpe with the apple compote, fold, and serve warm.
