Crêpes Stuffed with Pears and Chocolate
Classic crêpes filled with pan-fried pears and melted chocolate chips. Indulgent yet straightforward.

Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 400 ml Milk
- 30 g Sugar
- 3 piece Pear
- 80 g Chocolate
- 40 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tsp Honey
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking to form a smooth batter. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Peel and slice the pears into thin slices.
Step 3
Sauté the pears in a pan with 15g of butter and a little honey for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Step 4
Cook the crêpes in a pan with the remaining butter, 1-2 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Fill each crêpe with pears, chocolate shavings, and a drizzle of honey.
