Ingredients
- 4 pieces Breton crêpes
- 2 pieces Apples
- 30 g Butter
- 30 g Grated Comté
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the apples into thin slices.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pan and add the apples. Cook for 5-6 minutes over medium heat until lightly caramelized.
Step 3
Warm the crêpes in the pan for 1 minute on each side.
Step 4
Top each crêpe with caramelized apples and a sprinkle of grated Comté.
Step 5
Fold the crêpes and serve warm with a few grinds of black pepper.
