Breton Crêpes with Sautéed Apples and Comté
Breton crêpes filled with sautéed apples and melted Comté cheese for an indulgent dessert or afternoon treat.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Breton crêpes
- 2 apple Apples
- 50 g Comté
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice apples thinly. Remove the seeds.
Step 2
Melt butter in a skillet and sauté apples with sugar for 5-6 minutes.
Step 3
Gently warm the crêpes in the microwave for 1 minute wrapped in a damp cloth.
Step 4
Fill each crêpe with sautéed apples and crumble Comté on top.
Step 5
Warm in a skillet or oven for 2 minutes until the cheese starts to melt.
