Ingredients
- 4 pieces Breton crêpes
- 2 pieces Apples
- 40 g Butter
- 30 g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the apples thinly.
Step 2
In a pan, melt the butter and add the sugar.
Step 3
Add the apples and water, cook for 8-10 minutes until caramelized.
Step 4
Warm the crêpes for a few seconds in a pan or microwave.
Step 5
Fill the crêpes with caramelized apples and serve immediately.
