Sweet Breton Crêpes with Apples and Caramel
Comforting Breton crêpes filled with sautéed apples and a drizzle of caramel. A simple yet indulgent dessert.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Breton crêpes
- 2 piece Apples
- 30 g Butter
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 100 ml Crème fraîche
Instructions
Step 1
Peel, core, and slice the apples thinly.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet, add the apples and cook for 8-10 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the sugar and cinnamon, mix well and let caramelize for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Warm the crêpes for 30 seconds in the microwave or in a skillet.
Step 5
Fill each crêpe with the caramelized apples, top with a spoonful of crème fraîche and serve immediately.
