Ingredients
- 4 piece Breton crêpes
- 2 piece Apples
- 30 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the apples, core them and cut into slices.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pan and brown the apples for 6 minutes.
Step 3
Add the honey and a pinch of salt, stir for 1 minute.
Step 4
Reheat the crêpes in the microwave for 1 minute or in a pan.
Step 5
Fill the crêpes with caramelized apples and serve hot.
