Breton Crepes with Caramelized Apples
Crepes filled with caramelized apples and Comté for a traditional Breton dessert or snack.

Ingredients
- 8 piece Breton crepes
- 400 g Apples
- 50 g Comté
- 30 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the apples into even pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet and add the apples with sugar. Cook for 10 minutes until caramelized.
Step 3
Place the crepes on plates and fill each one with caramelized apples.
Step 4
Grate Comté over the crepes and serve warm.
