- 4 piece Breton crêpes
- 2 piece Apples
- 60 g Comté
- 15 g Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the apples. Sauté them in a skillet with butter for 6 minutes until caramelized.
Step 2
Warm the crêpes briefly in a skillet or microwave.
Step 3
Place a portion of apples on each crêpe, add grated Comté, and fold the crêpes in half.
Step 4
Serve immediately while hot and the cheese is beginning to melt.
