Breton Crêpes Filled with Tomatoes and Comté
Savory Breton crêpes transformed into a warm dish with tomato sauce, cheese, and gourmet touches. A quick and satisfying dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Breton crêpes
- 250 g Tomato sauce
- 100 g Grated Comté
- 150 g Button mushrooms
- 2 stem Green onions
- 20 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking dish.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms and cook them in a pan with butter and oil until golden.
Step 3
Mix the tomato sauce with the cooked mushrooms.
Step 4
Place a crêpe in the dish, add 2 tbsp of tomato sauce and 1 tbsp of Comté.
Step 5
Roll the crêpe and repeat with the remaining 3 crêpes.
Step 6
Pour the remaining sauce over the crêpes and sprinkle with the rest of the Comté.
Step 7
Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
