Breton Crêpes Stuffed with Meat and Tomato
Traditional crêpes filled with a savory mixture of ground meat, tomatoes, and cheese, then reheated in the oven. A complete and delicious meal.

Ingredients
- 6 piece Breton crêpes
- 250 g Ground meat
- 200 g Tomatoes
- 150 ml Tomato sauce
- 60 g Gruyère
- 0.5 piece Onion
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Brown the ground meat in a pan with oil until fully cooked, about 8 minutes.
Step 2
Add the crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 4
Fill each crêpe with the meat and tomato filling, then roll up.
Step 5
Place the filled crêpes in a buttered dish, sprinkle with grated Gruyère, and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
