Breton Crêpes with Caramelized Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients
- 8 pieces Breton crêpes
- 4 pieces Apples
- 40 g Butter
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Honey
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the apples, peel and core them. Cut into small dice.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the apple dice and sugar.
Step 3
Cook the apples for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly until tender and lightly caramelized. Dust with cinnamon.
Step 4
Warm the crêpes for a few seconds in the microwave or in a dry skillet.
Step 5
Fill each crêpe with the apple compote, fold into quarters, and drizzle with honey. Serve hot.
