Crêpes with Apples and Chocolate
Thin and fluffy crêpes filled with caramelized apples and melted chocolate. A simple and comforting French classic.

Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 500 ml Milk
- 2 piece Egg
- 30 g Sugar
- 30 g Butter
- 3 piece Apple
- 100 g Chocolate
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Make a well and gradually add eggs and milk while whisking until you achieve a smooth batter.
Step 2
Peel and thinly slice the apples.
Step 3
Heat a buttered skillet over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of batter and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Sauté the apples in a saucepan with a little butter and sugar for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Top the crêpes with caramelized apples and grated or melted chocolate.
