Crepes with Caramelized Apples and Chocolate
Light and fluffy crepes filled with caramelized apples and melted chocolate. A simple and delicious French classic.

Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 400 ml Milk
- 30 g Sugar
- 2 piece Apple
- 50 g Chocolate
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 15 ml Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking until you have a smooth batter. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Peel and thinly slice the apples. Sauté them in a pan with a little butter for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Cook the crepes in an oiled skillet, 1-2 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Fill each crepe with the caramelized apples and sprinkle with grated or melted chocolate.
