Crêpes with Apples and Chocolate
Delicate crêpes filled with caramelized apples and melted chocolate. A simple French classic that's utterly comforting.

Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 500 ml Milk
- 2 piece Egg
- 15 g Sugar
- 30 g Butter
- 2 piece Apple
- 50 g Chocolate
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Create a well and gradually pour in milk and eggs while whisking until you have a smooth batter.
Step 2
Let rest for 5 minutes. Peel and slice the apples.
Step 3
Heat a pan with a little butter. Cook the apples for 3-4 minutes until lightly caramelized.
Step 4
Cook the crêpes in the same lightly buttered hot pan, 1-2 minutes per side.
Step 5
Fill each crêpe with caramelized apples and drizzle with melted chocolate. Serve hot.
