Crepes with Apples and Chocolate
Fluffy crepes filled with caramelized apples and melted chocolate. A simple and comforting French classic.

Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 500 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 piece Egg
- 30 g Butter
- 2 piece Apple
- 50 g Chocolate
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Gradually add the eggs and milk while whisking to obtain a smooth batter.
Step 2
Peel and dice the apples into small pieces. Sauté them in a skillet with 10g of butter for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cook the crepes one by one on an oiled griddle. Set aside to keep warm.
Step 4
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a skillet with a little butter.
Step 5
Fill each crepe with caramelized apples, drizzle with melted chocolate, and roll.
