Crepes with Apples and Chocolate

Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 500 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 50 g Butter
- 3 piece Apple
- 100 g Chocolate
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the crepe batter by whisking together flour, milk, sugar, a pinch of salt, and 25g melted butter until smooth and lump-free.
Step 2
Peel and thinly slice the apples.
Step 3
Melt 25g butter in a skillet and caramelize the apples for 3-4 minutes with a little sugar.
Step 4
Cook the crepes in a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Fill each crepe with caramelized apples and shredded or melted chocolate.
