Crepes with Fruit and Chocolate
Soft crepes filled with caramelized apples and pears, drizzled with melted chocolate. A simple and comforting French classic.

Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 400 ml Milk
- 30 g Sugar
- 2 piece Apple
- 1 piece Pear
- 100 g Chocolate
- 50 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Gradually add milk while whisking to avoid lumps. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Peel and cut apples and pears into small cubes. Sauté them in a pan with 20g of butter for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cook the crepes in a pan with a little butter, 1-2 minutes per side.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with a little water. Fill the crepes with fruit and drizzle with chocolate.
