Crêpes with Fruit and Chocolate
Soft crêpes filled with caramelized apples and a drizzle of melted chocolate. A French classic reimagined in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 150 g Flour
- 300 ml Milk
- 2 piece Egg
- 30 g Butter
- 20 g Sugar
- 2 piece Apple
- 50 g Chocolate
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the crêpe batter by mixing flour, milk, eggs, sugar and salt. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Peel and dice the apples. Cook them in a skillet with a little butter for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cook the crêpes in a skillet with butter, about 2 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a skillet. Fill the crêpes with caramelized apples and drizzle with melted chocolate.
