Fruit Crêpes
Light and fluffy crêpes filled with caramelized apples and pears. A simple and indulgent French classic.

Ingredients
- 150 g Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 15 g Sugar
- 30 g Butter
- 1 piece Apple
- 1 piece Pear
- 1 pinch Salt
- 5 ml Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Make a well and gradually pour in milk while stirring. Add 15g melted butter.
Step 2
Peel and slice apples and pears thinly.
Step 3
Heat a lightly buttered pan. Pour in batter and cook 1-2 minutes per side. Set aside.
Step 4
In the pan, caramelize fruit with sugar and 15g butter. Top crêpes and serve warm.
