Chocolate and Fruit Crêpes
Thin and tender crêpes filled with melted chocolate and caramelized apples and pears. A classic French comfort dish that's simple yet satisfying.

Ingredients
- 100 g Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 piece Egg
- 15 g Butter
- 20 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 g Chocolate
- 1 piece Apple
- 1 piece Pear
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Create a well and pour in the milk and egg, then mix until you have a smooth batter.
Step 2
Peel and chop the apple and pear into small pieces. Sauté in a skillet with a little butter and sugar for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Cook the crêpes in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side.
Step 4
Fill each crêpe with grated chocolate, add the caramelized fruit, and roll.
