Chocolate and Fruit Crêpes
Delicate crêpes filled with melted chocolate and caramelized apples or pears. A simple and comforting French classic.

Ingredients
- 100 g Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 piece Apple
- 1 piece Pear
- 50 g Chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Make a well and gradually add the beaten egg and milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
Step 2
Melt 10g of butter and add to the batter. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Peel and dice the apples and pears. Cook them in a skillet with 10g of butter for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Cook the crêpes in a buttered skillet, 1-2 minutes per side.
Step 5
Top each crêpe with cooked fruit and melted chocolate (microwave for 30 seconds). Fold and serve.
