Sautéed Zucchini with Garlic and Oil

Ingredients
- 2 medium Zucchini
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and slice the zucchini into rounds about 1 cm thick.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the crushed garlic and let it perfume for a few seconds.
Step 4
Add the zucchini, season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly, until tender and lightly golden.
Step 5
Serve hot or at room temperature.
