Greek-Style Pork Chops with Fennel Salad
Pork chops marinated in lemon and oregano, grilled and served with a crispy fennel and olive salad. A taste of Greece on your plate.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Pork chops
- 1 bulb Fennel
- 50 g Kalamata olives
- 1 piece Lemon
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 80 g Arugula
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the juice of half a lemon, oregano, and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Coat the pork chops with this marinade.
Step 2
Thinly slice the fennel using a mandoline. Toss with the arugula, olives, remaining lemon, and olive oil.
Step 3
Grill the pork chops over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Step 4
Let rest for 3 minutes. Serve the pork chops with the fennel and arugula salad on the side.
