Simple Buttered Pasta Shells
Everyday pasta shells cooked al dente and coated in melting butter. A comforting classic that never goes out of style.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta shells
- 30 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in the pot.
Step 2
Add the pasta shells and cook according to package instructions (approximately 9-10 minutes).
Step 3
Drain the pasta, reserving some cooking water.
Step 4
Return the pasta to the pot, add the butter in pieces and toss to coat evenly.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
