Baked Shell Pasta with Olives and Tomatoes
A comforting baked pasta dish with shells mixed with olives, canned tomatoes, and shredded cheese, finished in the oven for a golden crust.

Ingredients
- 300 g Shell pasta
- 400 g Crushed tomatoes
- 100 g Olives
- 150 g Shredded cheese
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Add the shell pasta to a pot of boiling salted water and cook for 8 minutes (slightly al dente).
Step 3
Mince the garlic and sauté it in a pan with olive oil for 1 minute.
Step 4
Pour the crushed tomatoes into the pan with the garlic, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and transfer it to a baking dish, mix with the tomato sauce and olives.
Step 6
Top with shredded cheese and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden.
