Baked Shell Pasta with Ham and Gruyère
A simple and delicious gratin with shell pasta, ham and melted Gruyère cheese. A reliable everyday favorite that everyone enjoys.

Ingredients
- 250 g Shell pasta
- 150 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère
- 200 ml Crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tsp Mustard
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Drain pasta and mix with crème fraîche, mustard, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cut ham into small cubes and mix with the pasta.
Step 4
Pour mixture into a buttered dish, top generously with grated Gruyère.
Step 5
Bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until golden.
