Baked Shell Pasta with Ham and Cheese
Shell pasta tossed in a simple creamy sauce with ham and cheese, then baked until golden. A comforting and indulgent family favorite.

Ingredients
- 300 g Shell pasta
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Grated cheese (Emmental)
- 400 ml Milk
- 30 g Butter
- 25 g Flour
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
- 2.5 L Water

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and mix well.
Step 4
Gradually pour in the milk while whisking to prevent lumps, and let the sauce thicken.
Step 5
Add 80g of cheese to the sauce, season with salt and pepper, and cut the ham into cubes.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and transfer it to a baking dish with the sauce and ham.
Step 7
Mix well, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes.
