Baked Pasta Shells with Ham
A comforting French-style baked pasta with creamy béchamel sauce, ham, and melted cheese.

Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta shells
- 200 g Ham
- 30 g Butter
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 500 ml Milk
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, then drain.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour, and stir to form a roux.
Step 3
Gradually pour in the milk while stirring to avoid lumps. Cook the sauce for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the grated cheese, diced ham, and cooked pasta. Mix well.
Step 5
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes until golden and crispy on top.
