Creamy Pasta Shells with Ham and Gruyère

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta shells
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Gruyère
- 40 g Butter
- 25 g Flour
- 300 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta shells according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, make a roux by melting the butter and stirring in the flour.
Step 3
Gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly to create a smooth sauce.
Step 4
Add the grated Gruyère and diced ham, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce.
Step 6
Serve hot.
