Red Berry Compote
A simple and delicious homemade compote made with red berries from your fridge, perfect as a dessert or topping.

Ingredients
- 200 g Blueberries
- 200 g Strawberries
- 150 g Raspberries
- 100 ml Water
- une pincée pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the red berries and remove stems if necessary.
Step 2
Pour all the berries into a saucepan with water and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring regularly, until the berries break down.
Step 4
Let cool and serve warm or cold. Blend lightly if you prefer a smoother texture.
