Homemade Fruit Compote and Indulgent Porridge
A healthy breakfast or dessert prepared in 15 minutes featuring a silky apple-pear compote and melted chocolate drizzle. Comforting and delicious.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Apple
- 1 piece Pear
- 100 g Oat flakes
- 250 ml Milk
- 50 g Chocolate
- 20 g Sugar
- 150 ml Water
- 10 g Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the apples and pear into small cubes.
Step 2
Cook the fruit with water and sugar in a saucepan for 10 minutes, then mash with a fork.
Step 3
Prepare the porridge by pouring hot milk over the oat flakes in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate with butter in the microwave. Pour the porridge into bowls and top with compote and a drizzle of chocolate.
