Orange and Chocolate Compote
A simple yet elegant dessert that combines the tartness of oranges with the richness of chocolate. Perfect as a mousse or sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Oranges
- 150 g Dark chocolate
- 30 g Sugar
- 20 g Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Squeeze the oranges to obtain 300ml of fresh juice.
Step 2
Pour the juice into a saucepan and add the sugar.
Step 3
Bring to a boil and let reduce by half for 8 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat, add the chocolate broken into small pieces and the butter.
Step 5
Let rest for 2 minutes then whisk until you achieve a smooth and glossy texture.
Step 6
Pour into bowls and serve warm or cold.
