Ingredients
- 2 pieces Apple
- 2 pieces Pear
- 100 g Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 60 g Sugar
- 3 pieces Egg
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Peel, core, and slice the apples and pears.
Step 3
Prepare the batter: blend flour, eggs, sugar, milk, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
Step 4
Butter a baking dish and arrange the fruit in it.
Step 5
Pour the batter over the fruit and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
